Create any video. Just tell your agent.
Keylight Video is an agent-first production workspace for ecommerce marketers, agencies and short-form creators. Give it an idea, a script, a product URL or a reference video — it plans scenes, generates assets, keeps every shot editable on a canvas, and assembles platform-ready ads.
Price shown before every generate. Failed jobs are never charged.
Vendor-reported: ~80% more AI video revenue, ~50% lower cost, ~10× faster turnaround. Treat it as a claim, not proof — run your own numbers.
Not a text-to-video box. A production floor.
The 2026 winners are agent + canvas + multi-model router + brand kit. Keylight ships all four in one project.
A plan you can read, then edit.
Describe the ad. The agent returns a strict Production Plan — hooks, scripts, characters, scene cards with prompts, camera, lighting, model and estimated credits — streamed into your thread as readable summary plus JSON.
- 3–8 hook variants trained on performance-ad structure
- Locks a hook and script; the storyboard updates in place
- Obeys your brand kit: tone, CTA, banned words
{"title": "Aura Serum — 30s TikTok ad","durationSec": 30, "aspectRatio": "9:16","hookOptions": [{ "id": "hook_1", "hook": "POV: you finally found a serum that…" },{ "id": "hook_2", "hook": "Stop scrolling if your skin looks tired…" }],"scenes": [{ "order": 0, "purpose": "hook", "durationSec": 4, "preferredModel": "keylight-motion", "estimatedCredits": 8 },{ "order": 1, "purpose": "problem", "durationSec": 5, "preferredModel": "keylight-motion", "estimatedCredits": 8 },{ "order": 2, "purpose": "demo", "durationSec": 9, "preferredModel": "keylight-motion-pro", "estimatedCredits": 26 }]}
Every shot stays editable.
An infinite storyboard of scene cards, assets and notes. Generate stills first (cheap), lock the look, then generate clips. Duplicate a scene as a variant and compare side by side.
- “Make her smile bigger” regenerates one shot, not the film
- Drag to reorder, pin brand kit and references beside scenes
- Status on every card: planned → stills → clip → approved
Paste a product page. Get an ad.
We scrape title, bullets, price, hero images and reviews into a Product Dossier so scripts mention real features — with manual override when the page is messy. Image-only intake works too.
- Shopify, Amazon and generic PDPs
- Dossier feeds hooks, captions and the lower-third price tag
- Export variants for A/B testing
- 1URLyourstore.com/products/aura-serum
- 2DossierAura Vitamin C Serum · $42 · 5 features · 6 images · ★4.8
- 3HooksPOV: you finally found… / Stop scrolling if… / I replaced my routine…
- 4StoryboardHook 4s → Problem 5s → Demo 9s → Proof 7s → CTA 5s
Clone the structure, not the product.
Upload a competitor or viral video. Keylight reads pacing, shot list, hook, on-screen text and CTA into a shot template, then rebuilds it with your product, your talent and your voice.
- Shot template lands on the canvas as scene cards
- Swap product, avatar and VO independently
- Keep the rhythm that already works
Novel in. Series out.
Extract characters, locations and props into a continuity bible, storyboard each episode and generate shot by shot with consistency constraints. Built for vertical micro-drama.
- Reference sheets pinned to every scene
- Dialogue, lip-sync and score per episode
- Same canvas, longer memory
One router. Many models. One price list.
Keylight Image, Motion, Voice and Planner are routes, not hosted models. Each maps to the best provider you have keys for — fal, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, xAI — and to a demo provider when you don't.
- Estimated credits and ETA before every generate
- Credits reserved while running, charged only on success
- Retry, cancel and partial regenerate per job
Six things you can make this afternoon.
Every card is a project: plan, stills, clips, voice, captions, export. Prices are the demo price list.
Credits you can see. Prices you can predict.
No credit surprises: every generate shows the price first. Failed jobs are never charged.
- Watermarked exports
- 1 concurrent task
- Demo providers + your own keys
- Full canvas and timeline
- No watermark
- 4 concurrent tasks
- All models incl. Motion Pro
- Brand kit + reference recreate
- Priority queue
- 8 concurrent tasks
- Teams: shared projects, assets, credits
- Localization pack (30+ languages)
- API + MCP access (v2)
- Invoiced billing
“We stopped paying for retries. Seeing the credit count before every batch changed how the team works — we lock stills first, then spend on motion.”
“The URL-to-ad loop is the whole pitch. Paste the PDP, get three hooks that mention the actual bullets, pick one, ship variants by lunch.”
“Local edits are the difference. Fixing one shot without regenerating the film is what made this usable for real client work.”
Personas are illustrative.
Straight answers.
Do you host Seedance, Kling or Sora?
No. Keylight is the orchestration layer: agent, canvas, router, credits and assembly. Keylight Image / Motion / Voice are routes that map to providers you connect (fal, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, xAI). We never pretend to host a frontier video model.
What is demo mode?
With no API keys set, a DemoProvider simulates every generation in 2–6 seconds and renders styled placeholder stills, motion clips, a voiceover and music beds. Jobs, credits, canvas, timeline and MP4 export all work end to end so you can evaluate the workflow before paying anyone.
What happens when a job fails?
Credits are reserved when a job is queued and shown as reserved in your wallet. They are charged only when the job succeeds. On failure or cancel the reservation is released — you can retry from the job log.
Can I edit one shot without redoing the whole video?
Yes. Select a scene and say what to change (“warmer light”, “product more centered”). Only that scene’s prompt updates; regenerating it costs one still and, if needed, one clip. Everything else stays approved.
What do exports look like?
H.264 MP4 at 1080×1920 (9:16), 1080×1080 or 1920×1080, with clips stitched in order, music ducked under the voice, burnt-in captions (hook in the first 3s, keyword highlights) and an optional lower-third product name and price. Every export also lands in your Board.
